To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund based on your preference. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that certain items, such as opened supplements, perishable goods, or items purchased on sale, may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
